André has been invited to speak at several conferences on business and has been asked by over a dozen companies to provide advice and coaching on growing business and meeting with sales, management and operational challenges. In 2022, André completed his Trainer certification in Command of the Message sales methodology.
André has also coached a number of professionals on their weight to continue to provide leadership in good health. Lastly, André has emceed a number of events, adding humour to the smooth running of events with 50 to 250 people.
In 2007, André graduated from the John Molson School of Business with an EMBA, with Beta Gamma Sigma membership for academic performance. In 2015, hé was named CEO of the year by CFO Canada. Since 2018, André is an active member of Anges Québec, in support of young entrepreneurs and startups.

André Couillard traveled throughout Ontario facilitating dozens of leadership workshops and roundtable discussions for a period of 8 years.
After receiving his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto, André worked for 10 years as a Professional Recruiter and Sales Manager where he hired, trained and managed professionals in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. He was involved in start up operations in both Ottawa and Montreal.
In 1999, André started a management consulting practice (today Etobe "E2B" Consultants ) which provides Management and Sales services. André was involved in starting up operations in Montreal, Quebec City and Atlantic Canada, where he grew operations from startup to over $200M in annual sales, managing over 1300 professionals. In that period, André continued developing workshops and has run hundreds of training sessions. André continues to hire, train and mentor dozens of professionals annually. André managed one company to becoming one of the fastest growing companies in Canada for 8 years (Profit Magazine/Canadian Business).
